Nice ride 97yoterS. I had a very similar truck before the Tacoma, although it was a GMC. It was a damn good truck to me, and never had a single problem for the 97K miles I had it. Enjoy the truck, and good luck!

Nice truck man, dunno why so many people are upset, toyota doesnt produce a vechilce the same class as that chevy duramax (at least not in north america) so untill the day the heliux is released I say the chevy 2500 is one of the nicest diesel pickups going, now if only you could put a cummins in that 2500 that would be sweet!

Don't worry everyone, I snuck over last night and slashed his tires for posting that pic:smash:...... j/k:laugh: I actually almost got a Silverado 1500 when I was looking at trucks. I'm not a fan of diesel pick ups but good luck and hopefully you have a worry free truck. :mudding:

Good lookin truck. Looks like an 01-02 good luck with the injectors, always fun when they leave you stranded because the tips break... but when they run they are pretty cheap to make fast, 1k and you can scratch at 13's

I have a 1969 chevy stepside at my parents house in walnut creek.. its a beast. The thing is rusted through EVERYWERE but its got a straight 6 engine with a three-on-the-tree and a one barrel carb. the amazing thing about this truck is it hasnt been driven in YEARS, but if we pour a bit of gas down the carb right now, it'll fire up like it was driven yesterday and we can drive that bitch down to SD from the bay NO PROBLEM. Amazing amazing truck.

Now my brothers 1992 blazer is a different story… :puke:
