    I almost went for a Silverado.
    Memorial weekend Chevy was giving away 8k in rebates alone.
    Where Toyota was doing only 750 on theirs.

    Bigger capacity, a bit more rugged, good name in trucks.

    But with the bankruptcy looming, I decided to go Toyota.
    Not that it would have impacted anything as regards to ownership/support,
    it was just a general feeling.

    I had a Taco way back and then went to a Jeep. The Jeep did well, and after many miles I purchased a Chevy. After about a year I was looking back and saying to myself “Self, what were you thinking”. I’m back to the Taco and figure this fellow needs to find his own way like many of us have.
