I don't know why this entire thread isn't taken down. It's devolved into a bunch of people (including mods?) threatening and insulting one member. Is this the face TW wants to put on for someone who might be checking this page out for the first time?

I don't understand the whole "dont say a word to cops" thing unless you're guilty and trying to get out of it.

I tend to not draw attention to myself no matter what I do or where I'm at.
I've been pulled over for speeding...I turn the truck off, roll down all the windows, throw my keys on the dash to make it as comfortable and calm for myself and the cop included. If I drive over the speed limit and get pulled over, I assume I'm getting a ticket. Do I try and escape it on a technicality? No.

Man the fuck up and take the heat.

If the law states you can drive on private property while under the influence. What state? How drunk? How private? How public? Fine. That's the law. This place is pro-LEO. Calling them pigs isn't going to go over well. If you're going to give out legal advice and condone not cooperating with LEO then good luck staying here for long.

 

If you want to accept a ticket, go right ahead. Your wallet, not mine.

But if the police are going to hold me accountable to the law, I expect the same from them. So yes, I will research every possible scenario for dismissal. If something is out of order, they messed up just like I did. Why should there be no accountability on them?

 

In America I believe it's actually against the law to oporate a firearm while not under the influence. Murica!

 

I believe it's technically a Dick Dual whereas each of you pull out your "saber" and have at it. Once on a fishing boat in the gulf a couple of my friends tried this but the man who was "toughing his up" whilst smacking his weapon against the side of the boat got injured so the dual was postponed.
