I am slammed at work but will try and post a pic on Sunday. I have a d/cab and lost the sunglass holder so I would be pretty sure you will lose it in the A/cab. The finish is super clean, it looks like it came from the factory with it! $900 seems about right, I checked my paperwork and the previous owner was charged a bit over $1000 from the stealership.

I've had vehicles with and without the sunroof and it's really hard for me to justify the money for it. Sunroofs are like anything else, you either like them or you don't. On the vehicles that I had them in, they spent 99% of the time closed with the shades closed over them. Anytime the shades were open and the sun was out, it made me squint while driving. Occasionally at night I would open it, but to me it's a lot like driving around with your windows down...which I'm not a big fan of since I'm not a teenager. I'm sure I'll be kicking myself for not having one the first time I find myself in a "Shoot 'Em Up" situation and need to jump into my truck through the sunroof to make a getaway.

I just got mine installed but I didn't like the way the installer mounted my overhead console. Truck goes back to him on Thursday so he can revise it. I got the inalfa 925 (full size) and it is a tight fit. You might be able to get the next size down and be able to retain your sunglass holder but I would say scrap it, lol. The sunroof outweighs the sunglass holder IMO.

I refuse to take pictures until after he fixes it......but will hopefully post them on Friday.

EDIT: I was able to retain the full console.

Most of our trucks are lifted with oversized tires so aerodynamics are out anyway, lol. The sunroof for our trucks now come with a specially molded fit ring that is designed for the ridges in our roof.

I am with you 110% on the powered roll down back window...even a pop out one would be better than nothing at all.

Fellow members, I am the VP of Sales for Inalfa (ASC) sunroofs and Roadwire Leather Interiors. I am happy to see this thread rolling. I drive a Show Truck Tacoma, which contains an Inalfa Sunroof (go figure). ASC, the original sunroof manufacturing company in the US, was purchased by Inalfa Sunroofs years ago. We are the only US manufacturer of aftermarket sunroofs and have very deep OEM roots. Our roofs maintain limited lifetime and nationwide warranties, contain the same components found in OEM roofs, and carry the quality and craftsmanship you and I demand. I chose a top-slider roof for our show truck, which rolls over the roof, and like our in-built factory style sunroofs are indistinguishable from an OEM roof inside. In-built roofs open inside the headliner, just like factory. Again, I am happy to see this thread and the questions you all have. Please feel free to shoot me a message, I will answer. We have over 1200 certified installation and warranty sites nationwide. We also operate a tech center that can answer questions on just about any roof ever made. Most of our install centers can also fix OEM roof issues. Visit us at inalfasunroofs.com

    PS. I love my Tacoma
