Not really too super deep. Probably like 2 ft in the deepest part. I made it through the watery part is the wierd part. It was the muddy path out of there that I couldn't make it through.

Getting stuck is no big deal...what do you think dozers are for? I've had some memorial sticks over the years:)

I'm fairly certain 4x4 with muds would have gotten out of that.

Still though, good for you for using your truck like it should be. :D

Awesome pics, that hole looks like a lot of fun. Rep sent for posting it up.

So, you couldn't get ramps under the driver side?

Looks like if you ramped both sides like that, you'd be golden.

Time to buy a winch and a pull-pal for next time.

All you need to do is jack the back end of the truck up until the rear wheels are off the ground and backfill in the holes. Hell if you can get the tractor unstuck you might just be able to blade the bucket in under a back wheel and lift one back tire at a time. That's a small tractor but there's not much weight over the back end of the truck.

I have been getting stuck so much in 2WD recently (thankfully theres a dial to change that). I guess it must be our climate but getting out of a parkings spot at the ski area wasn't possible in 2. Granted it was a little muddy/icy but I would have been screwed without 4.

Well, I got out. The dude came back with a Z71 with Mickey Thompsons and a 10,000 lb winch and pulled both the truck and tractor out with no issues. I won't be doing anymore of these mud adventures til I get my lift/winch/locker/mt tires. All that will be coming soon, as I'm going to be getting a 2nd vehicle commuter car to use as my daily driver, so I can use the truck for whatever.

That's why I always take a good dump before wheeling.
