YESTERDAY I TOOK MY 2009 TACOMA INTO SCRANTON TOYOTA FOR PA INSPECTION AND WHILE THERE I WANTED THE TSB FOR THE WHEELS AND HARSH RIDE DONE.
I HAD TALKED TO MY SERVICE TECH OF 15 PLUS YEARS AND IT WAS ALL SET.
I CALLED 2 WEEKS AGO TO SET IT UP AND MY GOOD SERVICE TECH IS NOW IN PARTS. I KNEW I WAS GOING TO HAVE A PROBLEM AND I WAS CORRECT.I WAS DIRECTED TO A FEMALE SERVICE PERSON. MY PEOPLE SKILLS SUCK, ESPECIALLY WITH WOMEN IN CHARGE, SO WHEN I EXPLAINED THE SITUATION AND SHE REPLIED I HAD TO BRING IT IN I FLIPPED. SHE INSISTED THEY HAD TO DO THIS, THAT AND WHATEVER. SHE ALSO TOLD ME THEY WERE GOING TO CUT MY ACC. PEDAL. THAT ALSO RAISED MY VOCAL CORDS AS I HAD TOLD HER I DID NOT WANT IT DONE.
I FINALLY GOT A MALE ADVISER AND WITH THE AID OF MY EX SERVICEMAN I GOT IT SET UP.
SO I GET THERE AT THE APPOINTED TIME AND WENT OVER EVERYTHING AND THEN I HAVE TO WAIT AN HOUR FOR A RIDE HOME.
SO AFTER 4 HOURS I GET A CALL ITS DONE.
WAIT ANOTHER HOUR FOR A RIDE BACK AND GO CHECK OUT.
THEY DID THE WHEEL TSB AND THE HARSH RIDE TSB. AND AN ALIGNMENT.
ONLY THING I PAID WAS $40. FOR THE INSPECTION. THEY ALSO WASHED IT. FREE.
I CHECKED AND I NOW HAVE 4 INSTEAD OF 3 LEAVES.
THE FUN PART WHICH IS REALLY FUNNY IS THAT THE TRUCK NOW HAS A HARDER OR HARSH RIDE. BUT THAT IS OK. ITS A TRUCK AND IT IS MY TOY.
IF I WANTED A LOUSY RIDE I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT A CADDY.
WITH DAVE THERE THEY WERE SUPER TO GO TO. THEY ARE VERY BIG WITH OVER 5OO VEHICLES, NEW FOR SALE. A LARGE SELECTION OF TRUCKS IF ANYONE IS INTERESTED..

MY TOY IS BACK HOME IN THE GARAGE WITH 3126 MILES ON IT NOW.
I HOPE TO GET A TONNEAU COVER FOR IT THIS SUMMER, BUT I AM NOT SURE WHAT I WANT.

THANKS FOR READING AND A GREAT SUMMER TO ALL...
