    907taco, As a Doctor of Pharmacy student at University of the Pacific in CA, I would like to assure you that the prognosis for these types of diagnoses (if it is actually that) is greatly improving. A main focus at this university, and many others, is studying the treatment for many of these oncogene disorders and there are many very intelligent, hard working PhD scientists who dedicate their lives to this. Prognosis is very good when treated early. Keep your head up and keep your faith. I wish everyone involved the best.

It's one less thing on the mind, and that's a natural response for many when going through a crisis like this. Be strong brother .. and that includes allowing yourself to cry. It's scary.     Thoughts and prayers for this situation Bob. Although this is the internet, there are several here at TW on the other side of the screen that feel your pain, and it does help to have a place to vent and get things off your chest. This is a place that allows that without those directly around you in your life seeing your fear or pain. Stay strong brother, TW will listen and support you.
