Lighted cup holders, illuminated 4wd switch, Bluetooth hands free

I just got the large button installed and the mic mounted. I then proceeded to the plug and play part and the iso connectors that were supposed to plug directly in, won't fit. What did I miss? The instructions said to unplug the connector from the stock radio and plug into iso t-harness and then plug other end of t-harness into radio. Nothing will fit and the plugs are totally different... Can anyone help me with this?
