Pre-lift I was at 20.25" front hub center to fender lip and 20.75" rear. Post-lift (RCD/Bilsteins at 2.5" with stock springs and HS 3 AAL with overload) I am at 22.50" and 23.50" respectively. Does that sound about where I SHOULD be at? I want the mild rake for load carrying.

Hard to say... many unknown factors.
Call the people from whom you purchased your suspension parts from, they will have an opinion.

The front does sound about right and the rear is close but a little high. There are several variables that come into play with springs, whether it is a coil spring or leaf spring. There is the overall weight of the vehicle, manufacturing tolerances of the springs themselves, and how the factory components respond to the new items added not to mention the condition of the factory components. Now with the lift just being installed the lift numbers are always greater. It does take time for everything to settle in. Depending on driving habits and use this could take a few months.
