Getting that psychedelic smear pattern on the front passenger side rotor. Truck has 94k on it. Anyone else had to replace their calipers at this mileage or sooner?

You mean grooves? Its your pads. If your caliper was bad, your brakes will stick or not work at all and you will have fluid draining from them.

By 80,000 miles both of my calipers had to be replaced. Not at the same time, but they both seized within months of each other.

I have 86,000 on my 05 Prerunner. Took it into Toyota today as the truck is shacking at highway speed. Turns out the both calipers are siezed. Brakes still work and no fluid leaking. Every once in awhile you can feel the brakes release. Looked at buying parts from Toyota haha. Over 500 bucks a caliper. I will be ordering after market.
