I have a 2016 Tacoma grace note 5.6.2.32 database revision 6819. does anyone know if this is the latest version and where I can download an update?

This is a guess, and only a guess.

Since it's part of the Entune bundle, I'm thinking the dealer may be the only choice. And it may not be free.

Just like the Nav updates.

You might call your dealer and see what they say. Maybe they will offer you a courtesy update.
