I have the Graco 4Ever All-in-1 seat (with a Lionheart seat protector) installed behind the driver's seat, rear facing. I have the angle as vert as possible within recommendations. I'm compressing the driver's seat back into the car seat and just fit. 5'10-11 ish. Sorry, no pic, i'm out of town.

I wanted to check my brands before posting this, but I echo the above. I’ve got a Chico keyfit 30 behind the driver and an evenflo symphony behind the passenger (rear facing). I upgraded to a double cab from my 08 access specifically to accommodate the second seat.

I’m 6’2”. I sit much farther forward than I used to (and I flipped my headrest backward), felt odd at first, but after a few days I stopped noticing. I’m not reclining anytime soon, but that’s being a Dad for ya. They fit fine.

Oh, and I fit in both seats

Way too coincidental...literally just put this car seat in my rear seat today for my 10 month old. Fits fine. I got it rear facing for now. Fits just as good as when we had him in the little new born one.
