Yeah that is a purty tire too. Maybe. I need to find out more about the hub bore to see if they are big enough for Yota's. They come in 16x9 - 6 x 5.5 and either 4.50 BS or 3.5 BS. not a bad option.

Bob what is the BS on your Pro Comps?

Thanks. You clear everything fine or should I consider 3.5 BS?

loving your build man....couple things, how long are those rear shocks? i have 10in icons and allpro expos..i have the same shackle flip u have and was wondering if my 10in icons would be long enough to handle the extra droop of the shck flip?
also i like that rear bumper .....any more pics of it like up from the bottom and closer shots of the side protection? do you tow with it?

They measure 16.34" X 27.28". This is straight from Wheeler's site where I bought them from. With the factory bump stops welded to the U bolt flips I can hit the bumps before they bottom out. My EXPO's will go to negative arch so I could really use about another inch of bump to stop this. That and it won't be a bad thing once I go to 35" tires.

The rear bumper was built by Addicted Off Road here in Ft. Collins. Here is what I have at the moment for pics. If there is something specific you are looki[SIZE=2]ng for let me know and I will try to take a shot:

looks like the there about 3/4in longer then my 10in icons...with the shackle flip in do you max them out at full droop?

those pics are perfect i like that bumper different and pretty solid looking ,,,very nice!

Nah. With those factory bumpers on I am missing about an inch. It's hard too with the EXPO's since they are not the most flexible springs in the world. Next leaf pack will be some custom Alcan's.

    1. Yeah still using the stock shackles but I am about to pull the trigger on some Defined stock length shackles. To get a new ploy bushing that is greasable. Also looking for greasable shackle bolts to replace on the EXPO's. The bushings are getting kind of noisy.
    2. With the length of the springs the 3rd hole was the best one too keep the shackle angle for everyday driving. The last hole would not have been bad but the 3rd gave me a better ride.
    3. The mounts are slightly wider then the factory shackles. You might want to put a washer or 2 on the inside of the mount on the inner side of the mount as you put he shackle into the mount and run the bolt. I suspect with the Ploy bushing in the defined that they might be a bit wider and would help take up this space. Oh and a cut off wheel, BFH, and an air chisel are really helpful in removing the stock hangers. Another thing to note I have noticed that I am just barely touching the shackle to the metal by the 4th hole on rare occasion in an angled suspension cycling. I am happy with the length right now and the way it is set up. I am considering cutting the 4th hole off but not entirely certain that I will yet. If the suspension cycles through moving straight through an obstacle it does not touch. It is only in strange angles cycling.
    4. Yeah I am plenty happy with the switch. Gain is just a bit more over factory. Ride is MUCH smoother. Cycling the rear suspension on the trail is much smoother over factory as well. IMO of course. Ultimately a longer more flexible spring would yield higher results. But at the same time you would also have to look at longer shackles. With my set up as it is I also need to get slight longer bump stops to keep the springs from going negative arch. I really don't care so much about this but I will also need longer bumps when I go 35's.
Let me know if you have any other questions and have fun with install this weekend!

Did you build your bumper? I thought Addicted did it... anyway, the reason I ask is I want to know if you can buy that dimple die material, or if fabricators make it themselves out of plate stock. I think it would be cool to do that as a filler plate with the last section on my sliders.

Fabricators make the dimple unless it's the smaller dimple's (smaller than 1") which you can buy it by the sheet but it's pretty spendy. If you have a press, you can do the dimple in your garage. Just need to buy the appropriate die. Cut hole to size and then stick it in the press with the die, press down and walla.
