Thanks for the shots. I am uploading 300 shots now. Should have some to share in the morning but I am tired now. Going to bed.

 

Truck got thoroughly disassembled to clean out the interior from Moab. I removed my old mag mount antenna as well and then washed exterior. After that inspected the damaged, touched it up with rattle can, and proceeded to completely de-badge the truck. Nothing left except my grill symbol. I was even able to remove a decal that I had put on my clear bra. I had thought it melted into the clear bra but low and behold it did not. This looks much better now.



Then I proceeded to create my Moab trail bragging wall. Can't wait to add to this next year.

Nice, what badges did you have on there? I thought it was already debadged.

 

"Tacoma" on the doors. I took it off the tail gate one off right before Moab. Don't know if I am going to reuse them somewhere else or not. For now digging the cleaner look. Took a few other decals off today to clean it up and started prepping my new Skid Plate for install this weekend.

 

Nice... yeah I like the cleaner look on the doors and tailgate.. I added a couple stickers to mine though That skid plate is beefy! Solid upgrade from the AP. I think I bent mine

Thanks man. It may get more de-sticking soon. I have a flat black vinyl design in my head right now. If I can get it transformed into reality the truck will loose some more gold.

 

oooo. can't wait to see that. i've contemplated having some custom vinyl cut as well but never could figure out a design i was really happy with. so it's on the back burner right now. a re-design of the bedrack is top priority at the moment

yeah

i knew it was going to effect the center of gravity but being able to taste my seat on moab rim is not a good feeling. so it may be going up for sale once i figure out a new design. too much effort to modify this one

 

Can't you just cut it and re-leg it?
