I am leaving 5/25 so yeah... this is actually my last weekend to make sure everything on the truck is good to go. Holy crap where did the time go!

Just about Noah! This little test trip showed me that I am still rubbing a bit on the fender wells. So last night I met with Brian to finish up a few items since the gear change.

• Replace drivers side front axle seal (install kit came with an aftermarket seal that was already leaking)
• Check for anymore front leaks
• Install front skid plate
• Align

The alignment took a long time since we were trying to shift the wheels forward some more and reduce rubbing. We forgot to pre-measure the wheel base so I don't really know the net gain however I do know they moved because I am not longer rubbing while backing out of my driveway with the wheels turned. With the Light Racing UCA's an some new skinny boots I got installed we were able to move the upper ball joint in some and shift the spindle forward. Then went about adjusting the caster on the bottom to get these final readings:



Needless to say my cam tabs are pretty much shot. Good thing I have some Total Chaos tabs coming and will just need to get them welded on.

So this Saturday will be the install of .75" spacers (long story what they are not in yet), some more cutting, and then we shall test it out on Sunday.

 

Went wheeling today above Central City here in Colorado on a trail called Yankee Hill. Tested out the new Tars in some mud and snow. I must say I am very impressed. New MTR on the left.

eric, i almost wish we could make your sig pic taller just slightly only because when i look at this image i think that the wheel is placed in the photo, even though i know its just turned slightly. Do you have a thought on this? I have a bigger version of your new sig if you want to make it slightly taller lemme know
