Yeah it works just fine for my needs. It is NOT water proof though. But then again neither is the factory fuse box.

It's entertaining, and so are you. Plus, hopefully one day I will get the chance to meet you so I need to do my homework.

Mounted on top of the fuse box you are only gonna see water in it if you sub-merge the truck. So don't worry about it. But if you worried then I say get a bussman set up which is water proof. However that does not help your factory box.

Now if you 2 will come to Rock Therapy this year I will be there. :)

Sadly, I can tell you right now there is no chance of me making that date. Hopefully I will make it in a few years when my son is older and can do a cross country trip with me.

I've been looking into both. But since I got the blue sea for free I'm going to probably stick with it. Yeah I wish I could make it but I doubt I can some things have come up at that date

So are we talking just suspension here? If so the front is pretty straight forward with an adjustable coilover from Toytec. It's their BOSS 2.0 coilover. I have been running Toytec since the beginning and each time I step a little more. Their products are great IMO. I am looking forward to stepping up to their 2.5 system with resi's in the near future.

Now the rear is a bit more complex as I have customized it from the factory configuration. Not sure if we should discuss my set up or options for what you plan to do with your truck. What are you planning with your rig?

@CoTacoTRD First saw your truck driving north on South Broadway near Orchard a while back. Your vinyl work caught my eye long before the rest of your awesome rig! It took me a while to find you on here. Sweet rig man!

Thanks man! Let me know if you have any questions on anything not written up here. I used to be much better with writes but now a days time slips away and I forget.

Lift, armor and such. Money pit, check out the build thread...
Sort of a random question here, but when you went up to 35's and switched rims and wheel spacers did you just go ahead and replace your rotors? Reason I ask is I'll need new brake pads soon and am considering upgrading my front brake setup with the added weight of armor, tires and such, and was wondering how hard it was to get the spidertrax off?

Now that I think about it I guess the wheel spacers would have to come off regardless to replace the rotors. Just wondering if it was a PITA with the loctite on the spidertrax.

They were not horrible to remove. You might to use a breaker bar to initially break them free then it should be smooth sailing from there.

So had to reset my Galaxy Tab 4 because it got stuck in reboot. In doing so I had to setup my Torque app again. I wrote the transmission PID's again and added a few additional gauges.
