    Hey Colton, I just read this post, and I'm glad to hear your grandpa is doing well. It sounds like he is a fighter if he is willing to get up the day after surgery and start physical therapy. I wish him a speedy recovery.

    Just want to update this, grandpa is in the assisted living place at the moment and is 100 times better than what he was in the hospital. His appetite is back up and is now semi-wheeling himself around in his wheelchair. It's a slow process, but thank each and everyone for their thoughts and prayers throughout this ordeal. :)

    Bump on this, I hate to bring the mood down here but Grandma "Mom mom" (Grandpa Tom's wife) fell today at the Convalescent center where Grandpa Tom is staying for therapy. She went down right beside the nurses station there, and broke the upper part of her arm and will require a partial joint/bone replacement. :( If you guys could keep her in your prayers/thoughts we would really appreciate it. When it rains, it pours around here. :(

    He's doing very good, little help getting in and out of bed to get into his wheelchair. Grandma was in a lot of pain today and will hopefully be scheduled for surgery within a couple days or so. Thanks for asking though.
