When it's time, it's time. Just be grateful he's going painlessly and peacefully.
Best wishes and I hope everyone comes out of it in a good state of mind.

So sorry to hear - at least he's not in pain.

I've been through this myself and once is too many if you ask me.

I'm praying for peace for him and the rest of your family as the time comes and passes.

Everyone takes this kind of loss differently, so I can't say I know what you're feeling. I lost my mom 3 years ago and her mom the year prior.

My mom went through hospice as well and it was low pain and as "nice" as it can be.

Just know your grandpa is not in pain anymore and remember the good times. It's those thoughts that can make you smile when you're not expecting it that make the difference.

    I wish you well.

I'm sorry to hear that you grandfather will pass soon, Neon. Just know that he will be atop watching you and guiding you and looking down proudly saying "that's my grandson!" Spend your last moments with him and cherish the memories you have shared together. Your family will be in my thoughts tonight...

Sorry to hear that? Good thoughts coming to you and your family. If you don't mind me asking, what is the best memory that you have about your grandfather?

Sorry for your loss. Felt the same lost feeling when my dad passed. Then within 3 years of that all 4 grandparents' numbers came up. Scary when all of sudden now I'm nearing the front lines with less layers in front of me blocking time's assault. Prayers & best wishes for you & yours...........

Sorry to hear the news - Neon. Just know that he is experiencing the greatest honor a good man can, when nothing else matters. He is surrounded by the people who hold his legacy and will carry on his memory. To me all I want when I die are my kids and grandkids at my side. That will proof enough to me that life was worth every second.
