I’ve never had a 2wd motorcycle but I’ve ridden many a mile of gravel roads and ditches on my 1wd dirt bikes.

Regardless I’ve never noticed any drivetrain stability difference between 2wd and 4wd on my cars and trucks. Acceleration out of an intersection is much much better, but constant speed doesn’t seem too different; maybe slightly more directionally stable particularly in turns at speed. AWD is better

    Yessir. It was selectable 2wd.

It was fun and set the wheeling hook. Better gearing would have been great.

Different animal. Hearing lash in a shaft rear drive was a stark experience and translated very well on the Taco, esp on any washboard climbs.

I don’t doubt. TBQH, you don’t really feel gravel road washboards on a dirt bike. Riding down a railway, yes.

Yeah haha true I guess I didn't think about how broad that term is until now! I guess what I meant to say was go-go-line not smooth and give me headache

Cool footage. Many of the roads where I live tend to develop pot holes, but a few of the more travelled ones, will get bonified, Australian-style corrugations, even though they are gravel and not dirt. Interesting to see the punishment in slo-mo.
