Good info Gaunt. Being able to handle a heavier load will help me a lot. I found after I bought my truck that it had the TSB springs put on in the rear, but I have still come close to overloading it with home improvement project materials (riding real close to the bump stops). Ultimate goal is LT, but being in the military, I get to move a lot and still need to haul stuff around.
I've been back and forth on just going with the 5100's and 885 springs in the front to level out since I have only gotten stuck once going through deep ruts.

The 5100/885 combo isn't bad at all. The damping on the struts is a little light for the spring rate, but it's still a better match than the OME struts

I swear I'm 15 hours into my shift, why is the clock telling me I've only been here 3.5 hours? :notsure:

It's worse when it's dead (like it is here now).
I'm actually shopping for pop-up tents now, a bunch of us here at work are thinking about hitting the Maze in Canyonlands this spring. :bananadance:

I dropped off a real prize at the ER on Sunday. kind of a funny story you might get a kick out of. 230AM volunteer EMS call for a "CI". get there to find PD walking a 20 year old kid out of the house mouthing off and clearly out of his mind. (house was giganto mansion on beautiful property) kid was calling me "officer" and asked if i was "proud of myself for locking up so many kids tonight" PD cuffed him to our stretcher and came along for the ride. Kid tried to kick me in the head while i buckled his legs in. about 10 min down the road the kid is yelling about where his girlfriend is or something while the officer riding along with us is getting motion sickness from my excellent driving. the kid gets his feet out, flips up and starts trying to kick my emt partner in the head completely upside down while still cuffed to the stretcher. had to pull it over and run to the back so we could get him back down and thoroughly tied to the stretcher this time. No more effing around. got him into the ER finally and he is still screaming about bombs and accusing my partner of touching his dick. six of us move him onto the ER stretcher and the ER security does a shitty job of putting the restraints on so he is still flailing around screaming "whats in my drip, what are you poisoning me with" (nobody started a line). once the kid calms down for a second the nurse (poor planning) jams him in the leg with a sedative which of course causes the kid to scream some more and roll around. so again we pin him so they can get the meds in. fun times, i ended up getting about 3 hrs sleep that night which always sets you up for a great case of the Mondays.

    Sounds like a party

I got a mouthy one last night that it took 7 of us to transfer from stretcher to bed. He literally made 3 of me and going to talk shit.

I need someone to pop my back. Kind of hurting this AM. :(

    I hate that.

It gets boring as hell when you can't sleep; there's only so much TV you can watch or computering you can do.

I feel like I'm turning into veal on this damned shift.

That's pretty much my answer too.

I'm at work though, so the whole getting drunk part is out.

I dunno - there IS a decent microbrewery across the street...

Nope - I'm in it to win it I suppose.

It's REALLY slow tonight, if it gets too bad a may try a free Hulu trial so I can catch the first 2 seasons of Rick and Morty.

I can usually find something productive to occupy my time on slow nights, but I was off for 11 days over Thanksgiving and my day-sleep habits got all screwed up.

    I'm bored AND tired.

Thanksgiving was SO worth it though! I got to spend lots of good time with my Father-in-law, I really dig it when they can come out to visit. :)

1/5 Slow here as well. My sleep schedule always gets messed up when taking a lot of time off. It's hard to sleep at nights the first few days off.
