    When I was in the hospital in Sept. I woke up one night in a lot of pain, disoriented, over heated, felt like the bed was closing in around me (claustrophobic) and couldn’t find my Nurse call. Finally found it and called her told her what was going on she told me I was already loaded but she’ll see what she could do. Came back a little later gave me something and I was out! Thanked her last week at work, she just smiled and said “yeah that usually works”.:D

    I left this morning to the fire alarms going off. Someone on the psych floor pulled it. There were 10 admits last night that should be on my unit but we’re full. So they were overflowed other places. Full house and we’re 2 short tonight and only have 2 cna’s scheduled. :bananadead:

    Yup. Starting it off right. Our office tossing us a curveball for the first of the year. Had to swap out barges with another tug. Which means 3 guys on each boat get displaced from their home basically to work with a different crew for an unknown length of time. My barge is now on its way to Boston and I am taking this other barge back to the city empty. It’s stupidity. They don’t even have a good excuse why they would swap us like this.
