My only saving point is to stay busy. If I sit down with a full bottle, I got no use for the cap.

As long as I have a long list of things to keep me occupied, I seem to be good.

With more daylight during the day I do a bit better keeping busy.

My wife works late too so it's pretty easy to get bored and get into trouble. Thankfully at least, I do tend to drink at home and not out.

Once you hit the point when enough is enough it is a constant uphill battle... I am not a t-totaler now but I am a far cry from the person alcohol/drugs turned me into for the better part of a decade. I pretty much moved away from everything and everyone I knew and and started over. That was the only way I could break the cycle.

I am the same way this is why I have a side business and work all the available overtime I can. When I do take off I like to be as far away from people as possible so that I am not tempted to slip backwards.

    Dammit!

Just lost our Chrome browsers. I've been expecting it. Stuck with shitty IE.

Been trying to reinstall it for the last hour. Pretty much sure it won't be allowed.

It was great while I had it.

Ff is my second choice. Google has me hooked with chrome.

If I'm stuck with IE, I'll just use my phone for everything.

Have heard that there is a work around that the company approved. Will know more on Saturday evening.

    Well that's good to hear.

Chrome is our default Windows browser here, it's been my favorite browser for quite some time.

It’s a tough balance. For me it’s about the sleep. It’s so tough to just shut your brain off when you get home that it needs to be “numbed”. I am trying my damnedest to not fall into the familial trend but a night cap isn’t exactly out of the question. I know it’s not healthy but after some of the offenses and shitbags I see/deal with on any given night its easier to just block it out/forget.

I just read that drinkers make it into their 90's often. I'm not sure about the quality of life, though.
