It is bullshit! And it is illegal! Non-exempt hourly employee laws! If you work it, they must pay you for it

 

Just goes to show how lazy some front office folks are. I always look at my watch when I see them returning from their 2 hour Friday lunches or meetings that just happen to end an hour before there supposed to go home but leave anyways. Oh that sense of entitlement!

 

I was "lucky" and didn't have to deal with a time change. Had to call in sick, still fighting a bug.

 

Hope you shake it off soon. I’m working sick right now but if I stay home, I just know i’ll come back to a nightmare. Better to know the devil you do than the devil you don’t.

1/3 Getting to be the worst time of the year with allergies and everything blooming

 

As i said retirement was short lived. I start my on floor training Friday. I really like Home Depot. The staff is great and there is a lot of training. if I ever go full time again it will be here

Yeah I woke up way early this morning and had to stumble out to the kitchen to get some zyrtec and advil to try and reduce the headache. Doesn't help that I get caffeine headaches going from day shift to night shift

 

I thought you walked out of the interview?

 

I think that might’ve been someone else’s story where they specifically said they didn’t want to work weekends or as a manager. Then Home Depot offered exactly what they didn’t want

Back at work where I haven't adjusted to this daylight savings nonsense.

Also, 30k service was completed. Extended the maintenance care til 45k and got my tire patched.
