Actually broke single digits today. Managed to take my floor mats out without breaking them in half.

I used to travel back & forth from here to Atlanta regularly. My nose never stopped running. Temperature whiplash

 

It'll be 105 next week and humid as all get out.

 

Humidity sucks! I think I would rather be cold.

Are you very familiar with the area? I'm really not, but if you're in to craft beer Legal Remedy Brewing is a good place to get a couple pints and some good food.

 

That's primarily the reason I was going down there.lol

 

I love the cold, but I have only spent a week at the time in true coldness(Rockies). I don't know if I could do a full season.

I'll enjoy for the first part, then I'll be bitching about it towards the end

 

When I was stationed down in Louisiana it was so humid it would rain every afternoon for a few mins. I would walk from the barracks to my car about 400yrds and would be soaked with sweat.

 

I did some time in Mississippi, you aren’t kidding. When the sprinkle started, RUN.

 

Gulfport/Biloxi area was where I worked a lot. Needed a knife to cut thru the air while you walked.

I grew up in Southeast Alabama and the gnats were the worst part. Luckily, they don't make it up to the middle part of the state where I'm at now.

 

Gnats ain't shit (at least the non-biting gnats aren't). It's the mosquitos that are the worst and are as big as baby birds
