    I struggle everyday bro.
Been up since 5pm yesterday? did my 12 hrs and still sitting here.
Ive been doing it for almost 15 yrs on and off and I can tell you, there is no cure.
It's psychological. Your brain will never be able to accept the fact that you should be in bed, while youre at work.

Oh yea, I've worked nights on and off for years and have no particular sleep schedule. The one thing that helped me most was NOT going to sleep when I get home. I get off at 06:30am and my shift starts at 8:00pm. When I get home, I feed the pups watch some news, take the pups out for a run with me or work out, shower then relax. It's normally noon before I hit the bed and I'm up by 6pm. I really think working the first part of my "day" helps. That and I have good physical activity with the 2.5 to 3 miles of running in the woods combined with working out. I sleep well for those six hours. Of course the room is pitch black and kept around 68 degrees.

I flip to "day" shift on my days off so my "Monday" & "Friday" 24 hours of no sleep each week. I typically work 4 nights a week.

Trying to make it to lunch in 30 minutes so I can get a little nap in. I'm helping a friend move after work so it's going to be a long day.

IM dreaming about new tires any ideas on just some big, light, almost street tires like these in like a 285/75r16? I do a lot of traveling and off roading when i get where I'm going. Avging about 3200 miles a month. And i like the look of these big baja style desert running type tires. Ideas?

Toyo AT II. Look similar to those. Little road noise and have worked great for me in snow and off road.

I don't know why, but one look at that tread pattern made me think of Michelin LTX AT-2s. :notsure:

I think I was looking at them a while ago and while pricey, they get great reviews.
