I sometimes get the same troubles here. I have the window blacked out and a fan running. I often take a melatonin before bed. Occasionally, I will sip a little whiskey too. I don't make a habit out of it, but it does seem to help a bit. At the very least, try the melatonin.
My schedule is 12hrs. 4 days on, 2 days off, 3 nights on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 4 nights on and 8 days off. Rest and repeat!

I have also found that the less I have in my procrastination folder, the better I sleep and return to sleep if I wake early.

I'm not sure. It's slow here tonight, I'll look around.

    Hey Rich.

I spent the last few days sleeping when I wasn't working trying to get past this cold I picked up. Fever finally broke about noon Wed.

    Sleep well. Catch you tomorrow.

Good morning all. Been off 3 nights so my sleep just got switched to normal human hours and tonight is night 1 of 4. I'm already over it.

Nice Rich, picture post install or even a "how to" would be sweet.

    Very cool!

That's a fact. I can't stand leaving stuff on the burner. I wake up thinking about it...
