My wife does mortgages for a living, so I'm kind of stuck in that world.

If you think about it though, if you don't carry any debt, it makes sense that your credit rating would drop. Not being able to borrow, or not choosing to borrow nets the same result. You're not borrowing money, so how can your creditworthiness be measured?

Nice. I'm struggling tonight. I got called about 4hrs into my sleep today. The insurance company agreed to give me what I wanted for my TJ, so I had to go to the body shop and release it.

    That's rough, man!

As long as I can catch about 6 hrs of Z's I do OK, but anything less than that and I'm pretty much worthless.

I like to get at least 7. It helps that it's finally settled after 4 months
    No kidding
I went from their first Estimate of $1475. I took it to a body shop(with intentions of pocketing the cash) and the estimate was $4900. They refused and said it had to be in the shop before they would give any more money. I took it to the Jeep dealership to let them fix it(they suggested the body shop), their estimate was almost 12K.

They shot themselves in the foot on that one. If they would have given me the $4900 to start with, I would have been happy........now I'm real happy

More than halfway through my first day back after a wasted “vacation” week where I got next to nothing done since my doctors can’t figure out the mystery cause of a constant state of dizziness. Drive home should be good...

I don't have more than $400 balance on each card. Now that i checked, all have points rewards with only one not allowing me to convert the points and using it to make a payment.

Also, i blame fortnite for not letting me sleep as much as i need to ha
