Sudden down poor out of no where. Fire department has closed roads due to flooding.

 

9 hours to go. 2/3 and then back to 4 days Monday. Ready for fall/winter to get here

 

My boss told us we are on Mandatory overtime. If we can....

I don't think his understanding of the word 'mandatory' and mine are the same.

I do too, but I feel less inclined when I don't have the option not to do it. lol When its not mandatory atleast I have the option to go home if I want to.

 

I can see that.

 

Especially when my wife is constantly sick. It's nice to be able to go home if something happens. Unlike the time she called because she needed to go to ER and my boss answered and didn't tell me till 4 hours later. She ended up driving herself to the hospital.

 

I’ve got an orientee tonight. I’m supposed to let them do everything tonight. I feel kind of lost not having anything to do.

I on the other hand have been down to MRI and ran a few pt’s to other places.

 

Passing block island, I love that place. Maybe I need to book a trip out there!

 

I'm finally by myself and can just do what needs to be done and then play on TW
