I'm working on big boy parts and opt'd for a double inspection just for insurance.

 

Any good plans for the long weekend?

 

Gonna kayak Friday and hit the studying for the HAM

 

Might be my next buy for the home. Or I might just make a j pole out of scrap copper kicking around.

Ohh ya... day off for errands, 2 days at other work, 3 days of EMT refresher class, 2 days doing navy reserve shit, 2 more days at other work, 3 days for a wedding for some people I don’t know, Day of doing house work and whoops 14 days gone and back to the boat..

 

I'm not even gonna look at that Got tracking that my Aero builder sets will be at the LGS Wed

Tv night pierside Brooklyn. Also my deckhand treated me to a true NJ breakfast sandwich. A porkroll egg and cheese.... I’ve been slugging water to try to combat the sodium content.

 

Steve you guys getting the seals popping up everywhere on shore? It's getting real bad herr

 

I saw a couple when I was on Block Island a few weeks ago. They usually don’t come into NY harbor because it’s so gross in here. We did have a whale in the harbor yesterday though.

 

The avain flu is breaking out in seals up here. Also had a whale wash up. And we've got a pod of whales in Boston harbor which isn't all that common. Environmental stuff normally doesn't phase me, but the ocean seems like something to keep an eye on for awhile.

 

Yea that doesn’t sound good... your in MA? I watched a viceland special on the plastics in the ocean yesterday. Not good. The amount of BPA in the ocean is causing massive problems in the food chains.

 

Just north in NH. But the seals have been hitting the MA NH and ME coasts.

 

I’ve been in & out of Portsmouth a few times on the boat. Always good whale watching up that way.
