Not quite on the home stretch now but it's not too bad. Just mulling over ideas about the truck, as usual...

Do y'all think it's necessary to put a kill switch in if I add some lights? Underhood, bed, glovebox, center console, etc? I'm trying to determine if it's overkill or not since it'll just be some LEDs and not like a compressor or something...

Add two hours to that for me..

 

Naw, I wouldn’t bother. Only time I ever had one was when I was towing a lot. Even then, I don’t believe I ever found the direct need for it.

That's what I was thinking. Only time I've ever really seen one was on an old CJ rig.. Well, that makes my night shift truck planning (dreaming) easier..

 

I can’t stress enough however, the need to have well routed, properly terminated & fused wiring with of course the ability to add/remove when needed without a lot of hassle.

 

Oh yeah, that's the fun of it, I suppose

 

Nah, he's pro life. All kiddin aside, I used a welder on one of the other trucks and made about a 8" weld to pass my cert refresher.

 

I could go for a cheeseburger right now ...
