Damn all this talk of guns makes me really sorry I sold everyone of mine when the prices spiked a few years ago.

Ah, it's okay Rob. I gotta say, Rich has a few nice ones...

Sounds like you first of 3 off were decent.

We're getting WET right now and the weather forecast is looking really crappy over the next few days....of course it's going to be my weekend starting tomorrow.

I'm looking anxious for my weekend to start (though I hate wishing days away). I'm gonna check out a 4Runner to replace the Tacoma & hear over to Louisiana to visit some friends. Their running an FBO so might get some GA time in! :)

Weather looking good here. I think I'll get to that yard work today, get things cleaned up in back and thatch the front so it'll be prepped for some fertilizer. A few green blades starting to show, so it's time.

Good luck with the 4Runner and getting in some GA time. Enjoy your break.

Thanks Rob. I let you know when my weekend is over if I should have stayed home! :)

I guess I could look it up but your local time is GMT - ?? And are you in a lot of daylight this time of year?

Hope you drive out from under the rain clouds.

EDIT: Only a couple of airplane guys would ask for time reference that way.

It gets light around 6AM and sun down between 9 & 10PM. Gets longer fast this time of year.

Hope you're able to catch a break and like the others have said maybe a student looking to make some summer money would be interested. Or for some reason the grass stops growing but stays green(if only haha).

Thats awesome that you decided to stay in that area. Do you still work with the Air Force but just in a civil contractor type position? or for a big airline type company?

Same here, supposed to start raining tomorrow and rain throughout the week. It's much easier for me to sleep all day when it is raining out. Woke up at 11:30 Sunday morning after getting off at 6am. Couldn't stand knowing it was sunny and 80 out so I got up and took the dirt bike out. Regretting that now.

Yup. That's probably most third shifter issues. It's psychological.
Just knowing its sunny and warm outside. I'm sure most of us look forward to gloomy, cloudy days.

Hey Rich. Hope tornadoes don't develop over there in the next couple of days.

Arkansas north of Little Rock is getting hammered. :(

Got the back yard cleaned up today. Plan to thatch the front yard tomorrow.

    Have a good shift.

we only have 2 shifts here. 6a-6p or 6p-6a. but yeah, I slept so much better throughout the winter. During these next 3 seasons, it'll be hard for me to sleep past noon or 1 when it is pretty out.

I work the 6pm to 6am shift. It is already getting hot enough here during the day that I have to run the A/C. Waking up because you are hot and dehydrated is not fun.
