I'm assuming it's a metric not exclusive to my company.

Do things right in 2 hours, or do it fucked up in 1.5, and create 2.5 hrs of rework. Blow my mind. Anytime I see 2nd shift ghost out quick I know something is up

 

We play cleanup crew for at least 3 of the 8 hours. No attention to detail whatsoever.
