I used to gym 2x/day then I had my dream job aspirations crushed. now I just lift heavy objects and chase my kids around. I should get back into it as it does help me regulate BP and feel better overall.

    Night shift challenge anyone?

I've been on an insulin pump since I was 18. We have to keep an A1C under 8 to stay part of the Diabetes Treatment Center at work........I don't penny for my insulin, supplies, etc as long as I stay within the parameters..........so it forces me to keep it in check.

Yeah I cant believe I've been doing this for 12 years now o_O, time goes by so fast when working this schedule. Yup, coming back from vacation is hard, but just have to dig deep for that motivation. My Motivation is my kids, I want to be a good role model and be here with them as long as I can and that starts by taking care of myself. Its hard sometimes and things can get crazy, I might miss a week or 2 here and there but I try to stay conscious of what I eat especially if I know I'm not going to work out that day. Just try to stay positive and you'll do just fine. Good luck

Biggest % loss, BMI change, etc over a period of time?
In high school, I was 319, got down to about 195 my senior year to get my game up to head to college. Hovered between 190-210 until I met my current wife. Put on about 40lb in the last 10 years and not proud of it...

Consider me in. I gained a shitload during my divorce. Heaviest I've ever been. I used to be on SWAT and could keep up with the best of them. Now I can barely carry myself around much less an injured teammate.

I'm ok as long as I can still bend over to cut my toenails and shave my feet......I do that so I can make sure the hair grows back and I still have good circulation.....I'm too lazy to do pedal pulses  I had lost 11lbs last time I went to the DTC. I feel great where I'm at now.

I'd be down. It'd be nice to not have to check weight limits on everything.
I've got about 30lbs to go to be were I want .

No need to worry about bending over. There's Asian women that will cut you toe nails and talk shit about your fungus for a small fee.(best thing ever!):crapstorm:
