Not sure whether or not I like getting off work early on mid-shift. Now I'm having to fight to keep from going to bed early...

Got 1.5 days to get myself used to the day shift. Not gonna waste time goofing off on the Enet.

It's hard to tell with the knee. Some days it's worse than others but there is still some color change and swelling which worries me a bit.
Trying to get in to see dr. Matt Roberson here in easley about it. He's also an orthepedic surgeon. That way maybe I can sneak in a few questions about my hip that Dr. Porter seems reluctant to answer.

The start of another, what is sure to be, wonderfull week If the severe weather stays away that'll be good enough for me!

 

Less than 2 1/2 hours and I will have another one whipped!

 

I was whipped by starting time tonight

 

I'm barely hanging in tonight. Just want to sleep; ahhh how the Mondays suck.

 

I need coffee some nights but not that often. Now my co-wokers, they empty out the vending machine on monsters all the time! They live on monsters. Lol

 

I'm trying to step down from the energy drinks. I usually have one at the beginning of the shift. Mainly since an 16 ounce can is half the calories of a mountain dew and it's kind of become my coffee replacement.

Not really working out for me tonight though; Lunch is in an hour and I'll sack out for that which'll help.

 

My last job the shop supervisor had to tell one of the foremen to lay off the energy drinks. He was way to hyper and strung out

 

I limit myself to energy drinks. I keep it to one a shift and never at home. I have had to take myself off of sleeping pills (ZZZQUILL) most recently. I found that I was getting too used to being on them and the product was not going to work unless I up my dosage. going to try and switch to only taking them on ends of the workweek. To sleep my first day off and to get sleep before coming in.

 

I use the more conventional method. I sleep when I'm tired. I don't sleep at work. I usually can go right to sleep when I get home.

 

I usually stay up until 2-3pm except on Mondays where it's just a drag and I crash as soon as I get home.

 

When the skiing was still good, i would be up from 9 am - 3am skiing till close then a little cleaning! glad not to being up all day and night, but miss the skiing.
