Yeah, I was allowed one half hour per day on the NES on the 14" black and white TV on weekends only. Maybe I am fat because I drink beer and play xbox one when I get home from work most nights...

My Xbox is just a glorified Blu-Ray player at this point. I haven't played it in ages and probably won't until KHIII comes out in January. Pwning n00bz on CoD isn't as fun when you do it alone.

I do fishing therapy. Does that count?
    Beer also helps.

I think they are really good. The only thing is that it depends on your water in terms of buildup in the coil.
When my wife and I bought our house it had one and the hot water was inconsistent. We learned the coil was a little clogged like arteries, along with a lousy mixing valve. To replace those parts Would have been about $600 worth of work. Disconnected that and went with a electric water heater. I suppose if my water was filtered it would have lasted much longer.

If you are on well water, tankless units will be high maintenance. Acidizing yearly is a pain.

 Hey all. Today I'm starting out with a headache + tired. We'll see how the day progresses.

On another note, may be moving my closing day up to the 28th which would give me 5 days off work to move!

I have a truck and a 12 foot trailer. I think I can handle it. Just need someone to grab the other side of the couch... :anonymous:

    Hey Phil!
Fun.... We have a guy who's 'Training' even though he's already been trained. Pretty sure he lied on his resume. Glad I'm not 'training' him though! :yay:

@m603holden What's a good entry level welder? Looking for something 500 or less. Was looking at a Hobart 140 off the refurbished clearance rack at Hobart's website. Just need something to tinker with and maybe eventually burn together some skids, a bumper, etc.

It's definitely easy money. This trainee knows their stuff, so I just sit back most of the time. I just prefer to be able to do what needs to be done and not be bothered

I totally get that. The day crawls by if you aren't doing anything.

Might need to add a few hundy's. Not much decent new for sub $500, unless you find a used one.
