    I like the Remix. It has a skeg for calm waters that retracts for rougher stuff. It's the perfect boat for my uses. I just want the 10ft'er :D

    Be a lot better at 7am :D It was actually a pretty decent night. I've had a productive weekend. Picked up an extra 12hrs of OT, did my taxes(I have never done them before April:rofl:), got all my clothes washed, and even caught up on some Hulu :D

    It's not bad. Like most things, once you figure out the patterns on how to get around the radios, they're manageable.

    When you go to take your test and pass, casually talk to the VE's there and tell them you have a dmr radio because you wanted to talk to your ham friends across the states, and you just need to write a code plug now. Hopefully one will just offer it for you and you can just load the file right to your radio and be rocking and rolling ! You'll like that HT. It's nice for wheeling when you're out with people and spotting. Instead of 5 people shouting bad instructions , it's just two people on the radio

    There's a local group on Facebook that I joined that seems pretty helpful. http://ppraa.org/ They do free VE testing second Saturday of every month but ain't nobody trying to wait that long.. lol
