just checked the weather logs from the bridge, 74 degrees right now. i miss the cold.

I really like both of those trailer styles. If Murph starts to build one, I'm really gonna consider adding one in. I figure he can teach me how to weld and it may be cheaper to buy more materials at once

 

so if murph needs a gofer during this and has like a 5x8 section of grass for my tent, im willing to watch and learn and fetch. best thing, i dont require scratches behind the ear after a fetch.

 

I enjoy the cold. Especially when there is snow.

But, this shit gets in the way of being productive.

And my dog (who loves snow) hates it.

 

I'm kinda list here. I only scanned the thread, but I only noticed enclosed cargo hauling trails.

What welding will need to be done to turn these into sleeping/camping trailers?

 

from the thread we just read. he only really welded extra tubing thru the center to make the tongue more rigid and secure. oh and i think he extended it maybe.

 

Probably why a lot of people BS in the build threads

The salt pisses me off. Especially when they leave the salt thrower on and pull up right next to you at a stoplight.

 

i read a site the other day about a guy building one himself modeled after these. looks sick. just spendy, ish. esp since i was thinking bout buying a house this summer and im only home half the year for the next 3 years still.

 

Yup, pricey! I could buy another truck for that!

Well, if you want to build a trailer, I'm your man. I've got around 300 trailers of verious styles that I've built in the last 20 years.

There is not too many questions that I haven't come across.

I don't do covered trailers, though, but I can tell you how to make the lightest frame without sacrificing durability.
