Had a venison neck roast at my buddy's house in Wisconsin last night. Did it in the crock pot and it was the most tender roast I've ever had. Not sure if that was because of the crock pot, or that it was pre-tenderized by his tacoma...

Shit here's a easy one for the crock pot.

    buy a 2-3lb chuck roast.
1 packet of Au Jus mix
    1 packet of Ranch seasoning
    1 stick of butter
core and slice jalapeño and lay of top of meat.
    cook on low 8 hours.

Or if you have time then try this. I made it tonight.

Cube about 2 lbs of chicken and cover both sides with taco seasoning. (I made my own recipe at end)

    B914F088-2DFD-423B-9A02-C9FA569CB14D.jpg

Place chicken in a bowl on the side.

Cut up and dice a medium onion.

    F1D7EAC6-88DD-4E5C-91D9-A0EB04FCCC98.jpg

Cut up and dice 2 bell peppers and dice 2-3 cloves of garlic.

    F58410CB-017F-4CFA-B7D1-9512A6767CE8.jpg

Sauté until the veggies get some black on them. Then throw in the garlic for 30 seconds.

    9AC2D5D1-0A35-4A91-96A8-496314F3CB4E.jpg

When that’s done throw it in the bowl on top of the chicken.

I washed the pan because then whole bottom was black. Lol

Then 2 cups of chicken stock, 1/2 cup of heavy cream and a can of Ro-Tel. Stir

Throw in around 8 oz of Penne pasta bring to a boil, cover and lower heat to Med-Low for 15 min. If there’s still too much liquid left keep going anouther 5 min with the lid off.

Throw everything back in the pan and warm it back up for a few min. Eat.

    E43A4AFB-DE1F-42BC-A516-BC4E30837C20.jpg

    Chicken fajita pasta.

    Homemade Taco seasoning.

    1/4 cup of Cumin
    1/4 cup of Kosher Salt
    2 Tablespoons garlic salt
2 Tablespoons fresh ground black pepper
    2 Tablespoons Smoked Paprika

Put in a container and shake like hell to mix.
