    am a former Subaru guy; before that - back in the 1900s - had some custom work done on my then-cutting-edge 93 probe GT. Was a fun car - tiny T3super60 @ 8psi made for about 240whp, 260lbs-ft. Was about perfect. Now am in a miniCooperS. Aftermarket boost can be tricky if folks get greedy. I'd tune with the idea 300whp for 10 years is better than 400whp for 10 months. :)

    All good on my end. It hit a few miles up the road. They say 23 dead with 10 still missing last I heard. It had our ER in a shit storm. I hope upper management looks into the disaster policy and procedures.

    oh im definitely familiar lol this will be my third boost setup on the truck. it currently already has arp head studs and a cometic mls head gasket installed. I'll eventually be going full standalone ecu as well. In time i'll be building a motor on the side for it.

    God boost has been made much more effective nowadays. The system on my probe? FMU with fuel pressures well over 100 (Gauge went only to 100). Then, a sniffer in the exhaust pipe (suggested for EVERY guy over 40) to balance A/Fs.

    lol yeah man the technology has advanced a ton. even back in 2010 when i had my last setup it wasnt as efficient.
