    Also, the DRZ tank is 2.64 gallons with a 100 mile range. I have a 4 gallon IMS tank in my cart though :D

    Yup, typical mortgage company, Wells Fargo dropped the ball on us on our first house. didn’t review documents on our FHA loan until the week of the closing. The house we were living in NH had sold and closed so we spent 2 weeks “homeless” with all our stuff packed into a 26’ UHaul.
