luckily this patrol has gone by pretty fast. which is nice. im just ready to get back to my truck and drive around. got 2 weddings to go this inport as well. luckily 1 is around the time my dads getting surgery so ill be able to visit for that.

What kinda rotation do you do?

 

Started on a fence to prevent my little ones from going down toward the driveway from their play area. Also took my older son for a lap around the lawn on the deere (blades off) after I had finished mowing. F’n beat

 

Lung cancer (Cant biopsi till its removed). only in the top part so they are taking a chunk out. My schedule is normally 2 months in 2 months out. normally. but its pretty much guarented we do 185 days out each year. which i have 3 more years afloat. then ill twlight tour (last unit) on land and retire.

Thanks maner. They said it was localized to that one location. they have been seeing it on the scans for a few years but it was so small. i think its still like 7mm or something. but he figured to get rid of it now before it does spread. im going to try and call on the sat phone tomorrow and see how hes doing though and let him know im trying to come out there.

na. while they do longer trips in a year. we about avg out the same amount of time away over the course of like 2 years.

ya i started to read thru those a little while ago... got bored real fast. would of thought it was friday if i didnt just have pizza for dinner (yes i typically tell what day it is by the meals they serve us)
