I usually wake up before I get off work.
If I don't it's the big scary.

 

I'll wake up as soon as I get home. I usually stay up on Fridays anyway. Switch to a normal schedule for the weekends so I can get shit done.

 

Wouldn’t complete inspection or fail my truck because he thought I had aftermarket lights. LED bulbs are not illegal in MA, guy tried telling me since he works for Toyota and knows they don’t come with LED factory.

Can you take it elsewhere?

 

I swapped the bulbs out at home and taking it elsewhere even though the LEDs are not illegal according to 3 of my cop buddies oh ya, and the fucking law.

 

Sounds fucking ridiculous.

Also, day shift showed up at 0659. Just like I said earlier.

I get to work like 5 to 15 early

Used to be like 30 minutes >.<

 

we usually show up about 20-30 minutes early. If we get a late call it could be hours before we get back.

 

But it's mass. So whether it's right, wrong, or by the book, if someone wants to be a dick and mess up your day they can as long as they work for the govt

 

Yeah, I'm usually 10-15 early. 5 if I get distracted and sit in the truck too long. Lol

I work for the state govt and we have protocols to follow, sure we use some discretion but legal and illegal is black and white. I told the guy to show me the chapter and section where it says LEDs are illegal. He couldn’t and claimed it was his discretion. The second place I went said it doesn’t matter LED or Incandescent as long as it’s white light and visible from 60’ at night.

Edit: the first guy didn’t even work for the state, he was a Toyota dealership mechanic with an inspection license.
