eh. chillen in my shop on the boat reading a book and just hanging out below the AC vent. waiting till next wk so i can be in homeport with my truck again. boss ok'ed my leave today for my brothers wedding in 2 wks also so i got that going for me.

us coast guard 210 foot ship. i posted a pic on here tuesday night once we got back in the water.

Nice! My dream. Once I retire(or win the lottery) is to live aboard a sailboat. Cruise the world.

Anything boat excites me

 

i more of a yacht kind of guy. dont want to rely on wind for movement. esp in times of danger on the seas.

 

Im a rebel... id love to be at the mercy of the wind and the sea.

I mean... ill also have a small diesel engine to use...

 

nothing wrong with that. i just want to go all over the place faster and easily. ive seen too many sailboats have to call for help for problems and such. but they also were not prepared.

 

Oh Im sure.

I am just into that. I want to use the winds to get to my destination. No matter the risk.

Its a strange dream for a resident Idaho dude. But I would love to live that life.

 

u da ho??? knew there was something i liked bout ya. haha. i grew up just south of portland. aunt and uncle have 300 acres in grangecille ID (ithink thats that town). always like ID.

 

I spent 70% of my life in idaho... its a great place. But the open ocean is my dream

 

i love the ocean. ive got 6 years on ships so far. 3 more to go. i would prefer to stay near the water when i retire.

 

So there i was, reading my book and doing laundry... dreaming of a roof rack, light bar, and women riding shotgun.
