    thanks. i have 2 requirements which are hard when combined. Huskies must be allowed (doing a joint custody thing where i take him while in port to give her some time away) and a garage for the motorcycle while deployed and all my tools/sports gear.

    Hell, who knows. Daughters boyfriends parents live down in kiss-a-me-me (how ever the hell you spell it). She says we should go there too.

    I’m with you though. Dig the mountains. That said, from where I am, i can be in them or the beach in 1.5 hours going either direction. If I want more/deeper fun 3 hrs. Either way

    I did go down to the gulf side several years ago and kinda looked around. Was in the Port Charlotte, Fort Myers, Cape Coral areas. Kinda liked too. Doubt it will ever happen though.
