    As the magnets pass through their loops of bowels they will attract each-other through the walls, basically compressing the intestines and perhaps the stomach depending on the strength. If left over time, the chronic compression will kill the tissues between the magnets, causing lethal sepsis and likely a labyrinth of fistulas. Also, cheap magnets may be contaminated with lead, which will also kill someone. Don't feed people magnets.

    It just so happens I gave @Kheiron a stack of magnets in his human centipede giveaway box.... so their is that too.
