    we only have option as our town signed an exclusivity agreement with (Charter) Spectrum years ago. Funny thing is they have to use Verizon and National Grid poles. sucks there’s no shopping competition. We cut the cord because the basic cable/internet was going to go up to $155/mo since the promotion was up and you can’t threaten to go elsewhere.

    Verizon needs to hurry up and get 5G rolled out in more places.

    Exclusivity agreements are such BS. Don't know how the FCC hasn't come down on them yet. Completely defeats the fair market and benefits the ISP/city and nobody else.

    Haha, probably not a bad idea, or see if there's a smaller, more niche ISP that services your area.
