nice! That’s a good gig. LEO here. I can’t sleep on shift though. It’s just me and one other guy on the shift so we stay vigilant even though it’s a smaller town.

 

I appreciate you guys. Not sure about your town but I could never be a LEO in a democratic city like mine. They don’t like there own people over here when they wear a badge.

 

I enjoyed it. I can't wait to get the camp trailer finished.

The officer working this wreck was a black man. The family was accusing him of racial profiling because they found dope in the vehicle and the dude that wrecked was known by PD.

 

Yeah, I don't go for those top of the line ones. Waste of money unless you're a pro IMO.

The guy that lived there said his kids were playing in that spot 5 minutes earlier. Could have easily been the worst call of my career.

damnit man. One time not long ago we locked up an OUI at like 630pm. One of our sgt wife called it in, car almost ran her off the road with their daughter in it. He was doing 68 in a 40 when our guy found him. Horrible. Least to say he didn’t catch any breaks.

 

I also picked up a stock bumper for the camp trailer from one of the AL guys this weekend.

Not too bad.....be a lot better at 7am

 

The worst I’ve made was a mother with her boy in a truck. He was the same age as my oldest wearing the same clothes he liked and same color hair. Mom was fucked up and rolled the truck throwing him out the back window. I watched that kid take his last breath and it still hurts me now. I was called to go to court on that case and let them know I cold not be an unbiased witness. It really hit home.
