    we have been making nothing but meals from eating well and skinny taste and I’m down 14 so far in 1.5 months. My vice was sweets but I’ve replaced that with fresh fruit and low carb protein bars.
    The quest birthday cake and chocolate donut ones are pretty decent.

    just gotta give up the empty liquid calories of bourbon and Tito’s.
