Morning fellas. 3.7 hrs til I'm off for 32hrs. Unless i get called in early haha which wouldn't be terrible since I need the OT.

My new refitted headlights should arrive by end of day today via FedEx so I'm excited.

Also 2 confirmed corona cases in my small city as of today. Both attended the Houston Rodeo which was cancelled earlier this week after a man from Montgomery attended and later tested positive. I'm anxious to see the 2020 census as Alvin population was like 25k 10 years ago and we've been growing. We got a Chik fil a finally Thursday lol

3 hours 10 mins here. Struggling tonight. New covid-19 protocols are making mids tough. We’ve got new standing orders to minimize contact, unless the safety of others is at risk, or If we are mandated. I do however greatly appreciate the care and concern of the chief about us and our families.

Powerful quiet up here. Not much movin’ downtown. Kinda like a stat. holiday except strangely very few sirens. :notsure:

That was the worst. It was like getting divorced all over again. Got locked out so many times while moving my shit out.

whatever. I only forgot a few non-mission-critical items.

Finally on the road. We only made it five hours in yesterday.

19 hours ahead of us from here.

    hope y’all are well.

Ventured out to the commissary as soon as they opened this morning for my weekly grocery run...society’s gone and lost their damn minds. Watched a woman elbow her way into the beef counter and take half of what’s there. Another dude loaded 3 carts with paper towels cleaning out what they had left. Bread aisle was almost empty too. Craziness.

Not alot. Just trying to take my mind off watching retirement accounts rapidly dwindle.

Of course I do have work tonight to do.

    waste of good booze...

I have 2 young kids, we stock a decent supply of Lysol/Clorox wipes regularly. shouldn’t have to bring them into my workplace to stay safe though.
