    We make “skinny” bagels that come out really well actually.
    1c nonfat Greek yogurt, 1c flour, 3/4t kosher salt and 1.5t baking powder.
    Top with egg wash and everything seasoning.
    Yields 4 bagels.
    375 for 25 min and boom. All while an episode of Paw Patrol entertains...

    Things are starting to look ominous out here. I feel like we are at a crossroads with the warmer weather coming in.

    Path one: this thing picks up speed refractory to the WX and we are all fucked in a National mass casualty incident.

    Path two: the WX kicks SARS-CoV-2’s microscopic ass and my new smoker ships on time. This thing pops back up here and there until we get a vaccine in a year or so.

    I hope you all are well. I don’t think anyone is prepared for path one.
